I have been a founder and entrepreneur since 1996.
For nearly three decades, I have built companies, led teams, created brands and carried the responsibility that comes with building real businesses. For a long time, I thought the businesses themselves were the work.
With enough years behind me, I can see that every company, every expansion and every season of leadership was also asking me to become capable of carrying something larger.
